  • Order Tools

    Click here to Order Tools. Tool pickups and returns are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We ask that you try to place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pickup time. Please note that your appointment is not scheduled until a staff person confirms.

  • Pay Fees

    Fees can be paid at the time of pickup or upon return of borrowed items.  Fees may be paid by credit card or check (payable to Chicago Community ToolBank). We do not accept cash. If you have a balance due on your account, you will not be able to borrow tools again until the balance is paid.

  • Schedule Tool Return

    Click here to schedule your return appointment if you didn’t arrange for your tool return during your pickup. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Just like pickup appointments, your return appointment isn’t scheduled until a staff person confirms.
